We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. We are a very holistic practice and strive to create a space for healing and recovery in our office. We specialize in Myofascial Release, work-related injuries, and those patients looking to optimize their performance.
Carpenter Physical Therapy, PLLC. will be open 2 days per week. At this time we have office hours on Mondays and Thursdays. (These specific days may change, depending on provider availability. ) I will be seeing patients myself on a part-time basis and Diane Arzberger-Goodman, PTA will be available part-time, as well.
Each evaluation is one hour in length to give our staff the essential time to fully discuss your symptoms, history, and understand your case. Follow up sessions are all one-on-one with a single therapist. You will never be left alone to complete your treatment exercise by yourself or waiting while other patients are served.
We try to stay very close to our schedule to ensure patients do not wait or waste time in our office. Please try to arrive a few minutes before your appointment time.
For our current Physical Therapy and Myofascial Release pricing please contact us via email or call our office during business hours.
Our new patient forms are located below as a downloadable pdf. If able, please print and complete prior to your appointment. During your first visit, we will review these documents to determine the best course of treatment.
